Ok so it's not an issue with xfce4-terminal nor xfwm4, so it might lie
in vte or in Xorg stack (especially the driver) but I fail to see which
one. If you can try to use vesa or fbdev driver it might help. Sorry,
I'm just throwing random ideas, because I have no idea where the problem
is exactly.
