Hum, actually no. However, this is weird: it takes actually "two extra
spaces" (I'm not really sure how they are really distributed though):

* the one close to the xfpm icon (on the left, right now) doesn't have a
  right-click menu, but there is a tooltip, which only says "Adaptor is
  online" ;
* the one beside the first "space" (on the left, too), doesn't trigger
  the xfpm menu nor the tooltip message

For reference, the tooltip of the good xfpm icon currently displays:

    Adaptor is online
    Your battery is charging (90%)
