[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#646633: xfce4-panel: applets dying lose their configuration and never come back

If an applet gets killed, it is removed from the panel.
Even after a session restart the applet will not come back.
If I add it back again, it has lost its configuration.

This is especially unfortunate if this is caused by e.g. the Linux OOM killer,
which once killed half my panel. After a reboot, almost all applets (mail
watcher, weather, network and disk status, cpu graph) were still gone.

Dying applets should come back and not lose their configuration (e.g. mail
watcher's mail configuration).
