I'm not sure about that. In my system sensible-browser,
gnome-www-browser and x-www-browser end up launching iceweasel, not
epiphany.

On the other hand, something similar occurs with the mailer. Orage
always tries evolution.

I haven't installed epiphany nor evolution.
