[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#669362: displays unusual wind speed unit km/h instead of m/s

Working in the field of wind energy and "applied meteorology"
for some years now, I know, that m/s (meter per second) it the
usual unit for wind speed. km/h is never used anywhere. If
weather.com does not provide m/s, the plugin should convert
from km/h into m/s.
