Indeed, when the folder where you want to save your archive contains a
folder named the same, then the gtkfilechooser misbehaves.

The same thing happens in any gtkfile chooser if you want to save a file
with a name which already belong to a subfolder.

Not too sure how it's fixable, but will forward it later.
