Indeed, but the plugin uses the api, which returns weird results, e.g.:
  * http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=Berlin (your issue)
  * http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=Moscow (Moscow in Serbia? mmh).

Not sure why...
