Package: xfce4-power-manager
Version: 0.8.5-2
Severity: normal
Hello,
I'm using debian squeeze with xfce 4.6 on a Toshiba Satellite A200-1O7 Notebook. Recently I installed the Kernels 3.2.0-0.bpo.1 and 3.2.0-0.bpo.2 from the Backports. When I'm booting the System with one of these kernels, the xfce4-power-manager isn't able to dim down the screen brightness. Also the xfce4-brightness-plugin doesn't change the brightness. However I'm able to control the screen brightness with the special Fn-Keys.
With the standard kernel 2.6.32 everything works fine.
