[Pkg-xfce-devel] Why does xfswitch-plugin depend on so many (Gnome) packages?

"Stay tuned" - like in continue watching the TW show.
If I wait long enough the gross hack will no longer be a gross hack and 
intead the script will be enabled and then the depenceny for gdm3 may be 
gone.
