[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#689870: lightdm: upstream changelog is bogus - please ship upstream NEWS as changelog

The file currently shipped as upstream changelog contains only a single
line referring to upstream VCS.

>From upstream VCS it seems that upstream ships a NEWS file which pretty
decently corresponds to our understanding of a changelog file, so that
file seems reasonable to me to ship as such.
