[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#690339: Don't use double forking when launching applications since it breaks pkexec

Double forking when launching applications breaks .desktop files using
Exec=pkexec /usr/bin/foo
as can be seen in [1]. GNOME Shell has been fixed in the mean time,
there is a patch at [2] for gnome-panel and xfce4-panel should be fixed
