[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#547975: xfce4-mixer: sometimes 'systray' icon incorrectly indicates muted sound

Dear Maintainer,
Sometimes, as soon as I login into XFCE4, the speaker icon in the taskbar incorrectly indicates muted sound. 
I checked with the mixer for volume levels and played a sound file .mp3 as test. The sound system is working, only the icon needs synchronizing with the status of the mixer (master volume?).

This bug is only exhibited intermittently. Maybe, 1 in 20 boots.
