[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#744223: xfwm4: Windows with GTK+ client side decorations have titlebars drawn on top of them

Some GTK+ apps have windows with client side decorations where the header
toolbar also acts as a title bar. Xfwm draws a titlebar on top of them, which
shouldn't happen.
