With parole-0.5.4, these are  ** all **  the options I see under the Media submenu:

  Open

  Open Location

  Open Recent

Insert Disc  [greyed out, even though the DVD is already inserted]

  Quit

Where is the "Play disc" menu? [I tried the other menu options: Edit, View, Audio, Help just for completeness] There are no plugins installed in my version.

thanks,
Jack Shaio

I guess that's what the “Play disc” menu entry is for.
