[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#748162: exo-utils: exo-open fails to handle bcc in mailto: URLs

The following command does not pass the bcc element to the mail
program (I'm testing this using claws-mail):

/usr/bin/exo-open  "mailto:you at example.com?bcc=me at example.com"

Claws-mail opens a compose window with the TO address correctly
populated, but the bcc element is not even passed to Claws.
