[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#770885: lightdm: Restart, Suspend, Hibernate, Shut Down all greyed out and nonfunctional

Hibernate, Restart, and Shut Down options are all non-functional, as are
the corresponding XFCE options at logout.
