[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#786506: does not show any interface on the panel

I have tried adding the plugin to the xfce panel through the panel menu.
However no matter how much i click on the 'Add' button, no additional
interface appears on the panel. I can easily add other panel plugins. It
is only mpc plugin that does not seem to work.
