Package: lightdm-gtk-greeter
Version: 2.0.2-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I sometimes experience pointer flickering, when the WM (xfce4) locks
the X11 session, and want to re-login. The pointer flickers, and can not
be moved, nor can I input username and password.

I can switch to a VT, and login as root and kill the gtk+ greeter, and
then I can log in to the existing session.

I have an NVIDIA videocard with the legacy driver installed.

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [NVS 300]
(rev a2)

Any help is welcome.
