Package: xfce4
Version: 4.12.4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Hello,
I have installed xfce4 with aptitude install xfce4 --without-recommends.
I dont want clipboard enabled on my system, but xfce auto force-enable, i dont know where is settings, i searsh all settings but 0 option for this.
So i have installed clipboard manager like xfce4-clipman xfce4-plugin-climan parcellite, and configure for disable clipboard, and its work, its show 0 history in past, but system xfce running have still clipboard working.

I have tested 2 method for test disable clipboard:
1- with launch only xfce4-panel and xfwm4, then is minimalist but clipboard is off
2- with xfce4, clipboard is on default, so i close xfsettingsd (from xfce4-session-settings), then clipboard is off, but i lose theme and keyboard shortcut functionnality.
