Package: libao2
Version: 0.8.6-4
Severity: normal

MP3 and OGG 24000-Hz files are played with a very bad quality on my
PowerBook G4 (PowerBook3,2). I've tried with both ogg123 (vorbis-tools
package) and mpg321, which both use libao2. There's no problem with
audacity (on the same machine and the same MP3 file), so I assume the
problem comes from libao2.
