LIBAO2 and VORBIS-TOOLS

The above changes have been migrated up from Deb-Sid to Deb-test and 
still do work on either my ThinkPad-t42 nor my older IBM-Aptiva-desktop. 
  I need to reinstall from Deb-Stable to play.
