Bug#429644: libtheora-dev: impossible to install package on unstable

Ola,

No, I've only official debian repo at the moment. But perhaps it's from
an old dirty thing I've made.
I've remove libtheora0 from my debian, and now it's working.
I'll never know what happenned.

You can close the bug.
