libao2 now providing pulse plugin

Hello!

I prepared an upload of libao2 0.8.8 yesterday, and noticed the new
pulse plugin, so I enabled it.

Today, it has been drawn to my attention the existence of the
libao-pulse package (via #426751), of which I was not aware.

I checked the sources, and they are the same:

  % diff libao-0.8.8/src/plugins/pulse/ao_pulse.c libao-pulse-0.9.3/src/ao_pulse.c && echo same
  same

So I think the reasonable thing to do is to let libao2 provide the pulse
plugin, and file a bug against ftp.debian.org requesting the removal of
libao-pulse. Do you agree?
