Bug#448959: liburiparser's symbolcheck is overly restrictive

The buildlogs suggest that _ftext on mips/mipsel is the only odd one out.
Ignoring it on other architectures as well does no harm, so a workaround
for this special case is easy to implement.

Long-term that's certainly preferable.
