DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip is ignored because debian/rules runs the strip
command unconditionally.

This is unnecessary anyway, since cdbs will call dh_strip, which already
runs strip unless DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip was set.
