Bug#606224: oggvideotools: oggJoin fails on powerpc

on a powerpc machine, oggJoin can't seem to properly detect ogg audio files:

This same sequence of commands appears to work fine on i386 machines, 
though, so i suspect a big-endian/little-endian problem.
