Bug#643910: oggdec output to stdout is broken

If I say:
  oggdec -b 16 -e 0 -R 01\:\ Supervixen.ogg -o - | play -t raw -fs -r44100 -v0.1 -2 -c2 -
I get white noise out of the speakers.  Whereas if I say:
  oggdec -b 16 -e 0 -R 01\:\ Supervixen.ogg -o /dev/fd/1 | play -t raw -fs -r44100 -v0.1 -2 -c2 -
it works correctly.
