Mailing list is now moderated for non-subscribers

Great! Although probably not really a priority right now...

Btw. if you want me to help you with the list administration, I think we 
have to share the "List Administrator Password". Just being logged in as 
martin at steghoefer.eu and being listed as an administrator doesn't seem 
to do the trick. It still asks me for a "List Administrator Password".
