Great.  I see the commit emails started to flow now.

I've uploaded new versions to unstable of libfishsound, libkate,
libtheora and vorbis-tools.  I tried to update to debhelper 9 in the
process, but ran into problems and backed out the changes.  I also
tried to switch to source format 3.0 (quilt) but this did not always
work.  It is a goal to me that we move to the 3.0 (quilt) format, but
it might have to wait until after jessie is released.

There is a test failure for libfishsound on s390x.  No idea why. It
will block the new version from entering testing and Jessie.

I'll try to find time to upload liboggz and oggvideotools tomorrow.
Not quite sure what we should do with libvorbis, if we should move to
the new version right away or not.
