Yes, they should be removed. And I think now is a good moment. Now that 
your upload of libvorbis made it into the archive, all the QA pages are 
pointing to the new git repos.

So I've just deleted the old BZR repos from the server, keeping a local 
.tar backup of everything deleted from the server.
