New home for libkate?

Hi.  While working on the Debian version of libkate, I noticed the old
home for the libkate project was code.google.com, which is "archived".
Can you tell me where the new home for the project is?

We have a few patches for the Debian package.  Would you be interested
in wrapping up a new version of libkate with these patches included?
