New upstream version of oggvideotools is broken, patches welcome

Hi.

Just to let you know that upstream created a new version of
oggvideotools, and I've imported it into the git repository.  But it is
broken. :(

The test scripts we have in debian/tests/ trigger crash bugs, and
valgrind report several issues with use after free() and other issues.

Unfortunately upstream reported lack of time to fix it any time soon (he
estimated june), so I suspect we should try ourself to find time to send
him patches.

The patches in debian/patches no longer applies to the new upstream
version, but I have not had time to verify which one of them are applied
and which are not.
