Should we package Daala for experimental?

I'm not directly involved with daala, but my suggestion is 'no'. The
daala project is contributing to the Alliance for Open Media codec
design standardized by the IETF NetVC working group. That codec is more
likely to see widespread use than daala on its own, assuming the
standardization effort is successful.

Packaging the 'av1' codec reference implementation for experimental
purposes would be more helpful I think. The code is
