Bug#606224: oggvideotools: oggJoin fails on powerpc

The code has been rewritten in 0.9.1-2, but the powerpc problem still
exist.  The autobuilders report this during testing now:

  VorbisPosInterpreter::extract: This page is not a BOS (Begin Of
    Stream) page
  Warning:
    </usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pygame/examples/data/house_lo.ogg>
    is not a valid ogg fileError: could not open any stream - abort

I know upstream would be happy to get a patch with a fix for this
problem. :)
