  Maintainer: Debian Xiph.org Maintainers <pkg-xiph-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org>

.. is a moderated mailing list ("Your message to Xiph-maintainers
awaits moderator approval").

This seems a violation of the spirit of Debian Policy section 3.3
which stipulates a "working email address".
