[pkg-xmule] Bug#315022: "Enable UDP port" setting doesn't get remembered after shutdown/restart of xmule

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Main Prefs -> Connection Settings -> Port Settings
Check the "Enable UDP port" checkbox
Shutdown xmule
Start xmule
Notice the "Enable UDP port" checkbox is unchecked
