Hi Maintainer,

i think upstream wants to fix the tarball first, before they continue to
distribute it, look at the license headers of the files.
It talks about "GPL 2.1" - err? And also says "either ...." and misses the
"or" part.

That looks like someone who doesnt know his job edited files.
