[Pkg-zenoss-team] changed SVN repository structure

Hi all, after discussing it with Bernd, I've just finished changing our
repository structure. We moved from:

  /packages/foo/{trunk,tags,branches}

to

  /{trunk,tags,branches}/packages/foo

The advantage of the latter is that one can checkout (and keep updated)
the whole packages directory without cluttering her hard disk with all
the tags of past versions.

Of course you will need to checkout again since the directory you're
working in does no longer exists. The appropriate files
debian/svn-deblayout have been added to all our packages instructing
svn-buildpackage about where to find the tags directory.

If for some reason after checking out you still have files
.svn/deb-layout around remove them, they will be recreated by
svn-buildpackage when needed.

Cheers.
