 I think these are good ideas.

 We need an overall refactor of what scripts/files live where in the SVN
 repository.  When we do that it would be a good time to look at how we
 package the files in RPM/DEB format.

 Right now we have things that live in $ZENCHECKOUT/bin like zenctl that
 get renamed and dropped in /etc/init.d when we install.  Then there's
 things like install-functions that live in $ZENCHECKOUT/inst, and the
 .spec file lives in $ZENCHECKOUT/inst/rpm.

 It's getting increasingly complex to keep track of all the different
 locations of these files.

 It would be good to look at refactoring the process and cleaning it up.
 And we should consider this ticket when we do that.
