[Pkg-zfsonlinux-devel] Patches to build udeb's and module packages directly from source

I've modified partman-zfs (to build on x86/x64), spl and
zfs to build udebs and kernel module packages directly
from source.
These will all be needed if (when) we start testing booting
with d-i. Which I will do later today, or tomorrow.
Since neither projects are on GitHub, I'm unsure how to
do a propper pull request. In the meantime, here's the
patches if anyone is interested.
PS. I'm not exactly sure that this is the way to build
kernel modules from source - the're not included
in the changes file...
But this is what iscsitarget is doing, so it can't
be ALL wrong :)
