[Pkg-zfsonlinux-devel] ZFS initramfs-tools improvenments

The following changes since commit 4cb15d68d964b8db7dcb1218fb386f536bf6f844:

  * Don't need module assistant any more - wrote my own local-prep-deb-files
    that does about the same, but also changes the filename.

      * Improve upon initramfs-tools scripts.
        + Try three times to import the pool and only if the last one fails,
          drop to a shell.
        + Print out the failed commands.
      * Copy the zpool.cache file to the initrd.
