Could you please be a little bit more verbose *which* zope product
is so outdated.  "Every" means "*" or whatever.  BTW, you could start
working on it by just using the Bug Tracking System which was
actually invented for cases like this.  Just do

   ~> reportbug <your_favourite_outdated_zope_product_package>
   ...
   Title: New version available
   ...
   Severity: wishlist
   ...

    Blabla ...  the new version is available at <URL>
    or even
    Here is the patch for packaging the new version

I admit that this would some kind of hard job if really every product
would be outdated, but I guess it is not so hard as you said.  Unfortunately
Zope product developers do not always notify people about new versions.
