Hi,

because of the trouble to find the packages of Andrea in experimental I
obtained his package

    http://tonelli.sns.it/pub/zope/debian/sid/zope2.7_2.7.0-0.15_i386.deb

and putted it into a local apt repository. The apt-get process continues
to throw errors

   ~# apt-get --reinstall install zope2.7

Setting up zope2.7 (2.7.0-0.15) ...
dpkg: error processing zope2.7 (--configure):

 zope2.7

But if I call mkzope2.7instance to created an instance (I named it default)
and doing a /etc/init.d/zope2.7 start ps showed an instance of python2.3
running zope. Strangely enough the old Zope and Zope2.7 share the same port.
If I try to adjust /var/lib/zope2.7/instance/default/etc/zope.conf to use
a different port zope2.7 fails to start. The sharing of the same port has
the consequence that I have to stop the old Zope 2.6.4 process to get
access to Zope 2.7.

Any hints

         Andreas.
