zope-quotafolder and zope-zwiki maintainance

Hi!

You are currently listed as maintainer for zope-quotafolder and
zope-zwiki.

A team has been created quite some time ago to work on collective
maintaince of Zope and Zope related packages.  The relevant Alioth
project is called "pkg-zope" [1] and the packages are all maintained in
a subversion repository on svn.debian.org.

Would you agree to join the team or pass over the responsability of this
packages to the team?

We actually would like to get a new upload for zope-quotafolder quite
fast as it is currently preventing zope2.8 to be removed from etch.
