Please, allow upload of zope 2.9.6

Dear RMs,

  zope 2.9.6 has been released a few days ago. I ask here for the permission
to upload it to unstable, and then let it migrate to testing for the etch
release.

  This is a bug fixing release, so I do not see any reason to release
with zope 2.9.5 instead of this one. If any important bug should pop-up
before the release, I'll do all my best to deal with it in a timely way.
