Bug#393914: zope-plonearticle: Should depend on zope2.9

In etch, zope-cmfplone 2.5-1 depends on zope2.9. However,
zope-plonearticle depends on zope2.8|zope2.7.  Please add the necessary
dependency, as I would like to remove zope2.8.
