Bug#454779: zope2.9: README.Debian.gz points to wrong file

README.Debian.gz in /usr/share/doc/zope2.9 is a symbolic link to  ../zope-common/README.Debian.gz

However /usr/share/doc/zope-common/README.Debian.gz does not exist, it is (I guess) called README.Ubuntu.gz
