Bug#457517: zope-cachefu: Package does not contain program

It appears that the package only contains the Debian specific files but 
*not* the actual program(s). The directories 
/usr/share/zope/Products/{CMFSquidTool,CacheSetup,PageCacheManager, 
PolicyHTTPCacheManager} seem to only contain the .dzproduct file but not 
the Python etc. files that implement the program.
