Plone 3.0-rc2 is out

Almost there! Plone 3.0-rc2 is out. The release schedule also changed a
bit in the last two weeks: due to various people being on vacation I
pushed the final release back by a week. That means that I will tag
and upload 3.0-final on August 17th and that we need the installers
by the 20th.
