you need to specify the Product name, not the name of the package which
contains the product.

hal:/$ dpkg -L zope-zwiki | grep Products | head -2
/usr/share/zope/Products
/usr/share/zope/Products/ZWiki

hal:/# dzhandle add-product plone-site ZWiki
hal:/#
